Service for wells

For us at Malmberg, the total supplier concept is important – from the planning of water systems through to completion of the contracts and, finally, maintenance. Our service for wells deals with everything from small, private wells to major groundwater reservoirs.

Filming and blasting

To find answers to any problems that can occur in your well, we can film wells down to a depth of 150 metres. In this way we can spot for example surface water leaking in, inferior feeding pipes and blocked up filters. To raise the water conduction in bedrock wells and to clear blockage we can do blasting. This method is applicable for both primary rock and limestone. It can also be used to clear away equipment that is stuck in the well. The blasting is carried out by our certified blasting technicians. We can present many different references from our long experience in the field of blasting.

Pump rental and pump setting

We have a broad range of pumps with capacities between 1-100 l/s. As we have well piping for all pumps, our staff can help you to set the pumps. Our service units are equipped with cranes, which means that pump setting can be done easily. We can also replace existing well tubing or galvanized piping by stainless steel and Småland pipe connections. Due to our long experience we can examine the well and suggest measures at an early stage.

Reconditioning and JET-Master clean out pumping

Malmberg is proficient at all the established methods for the reconditioning of existing wells. From mammoth pumping and well development with packers through to chemical treatment. All our service units are equipped with compressors, which can supply both compressed air and electricity.

We also use JET-Master, a method based on pulsation and flushing for the reconditioning of filter wells. In most cases, this results in a capacity increase of more than 100 per cent. In addition, we have a comprehensive range of pumps for hire and we also deal with the overhauling of pump and piping equipment for operational optimisation.

Systems for the lowering of groundwater

We design systems for the lowering of groundwater based on our experience and technical know-how. The system includes letting out pumps with a capacity 05 1–100 l/s and equipment for hire.
