Biogas to biomethane in Hage
350 Nm3 biomethane per hour will be injected into the German gas grid starting in spring 2012 in the village Hage just close to the coast of the North Sea. Malmberg participates in this project by delivering the biogas upgrading Malmberg COMPACT GR and waste gas cleaning equipment.
Owner of the biogas installations is the agri.capital group, which already has bought six Malmberg COMPACT GR. The agri.capital group is one of the leading biomethane producers in Germany. The first plant installed for the agri.capital group was in December 2007 in Könnern and was at that time the biggest biomethane plant in Germany.
