The CO₂ Harvester is a smart solution for biogas plant owners, whether you already have an upgrading unit or are planning to build one. By recovering up to 75 percent of the carbon dioxide in the gas stream, you can create a new source of revenue, reduce energy demand and improve overall process efficiency. The installation is smooth, with no major changes to your current setup, and it opens up new business opportunities.

The CO₂ Harvester is a modular unit that connects to your upgrading plant and allows you to recover clean carbon dioxide directly from the process. The technology is based on pressurized water absorption and is designed to work with Malmberg’s water wash system, but it can also be integrated with other upgrading setups.

Harvester 50 Harvester 75 Recovers up to 75 percent of CO₂ from raw gas

CO₂ purity over 97 percent, ready for sale

Reduces methane slip by approximately 10 percent

Lowers energy consumption by 7 to 10 percent

No impact on biomethane production

No moving parts.
