{"id":2213,"date":"2023-08-07T16:15:11","date_gmt":"2023-08-07T14:15:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.malmberg.se\/en\/?post_type=ref&#038;p=2213"},"modified":"2023-08-21T15:28:16","modified_gmt":"2023-08-21T13:28:16","slug":"blekingska-nation-in-lund-is-investing-in-the-future-with-energeo","status":"publish","type":"ref","link":"https:\/\/www.malmberg.se\/en\/ref\/blekingska-nation-in-lund-is-investing-in-the-future-with-energeo\/","title":{"rendered":"Blekingska Nation in Lund is investing in the future with EnerGeo\u00ae"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>At Blekingska Nation in Lund, a sustainable and circular investment was made in 2020 through Malmberg&#8217;s EnerGeo\u00ae!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malmberg was commissioned by NIMAB Entreprenad AB to provide a complete Malmberg EnerGeo\u00ae system on a turnkey basis for the Heruleros Foundation&#8217;s new development of 165 student apartments and common areas for Blekingska Nationen in Lund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Malmberg, this project involved drilling 12 energy wells, each of them 300 meters deep, for energy exchange. Malmberg was also responsible for the development, installation of a complete heat pump system, and commissioning of a Malmberg EnerGeo\u00ae with our in-house developed control system, feniX\u2122. This system produces heat, hot water, and comfort cooling for student apartments and common areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction work began in September 2020, and the entire project was completed by 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<section id=\"content-beside-img-section-block_8eed270db025c73cc496a98a2f707b54\" class=\"content-beside-img-section max-width-wide max-width-extra-wide alignfull content_beside_img_section center-h paddingside\">\n    <div class=\"img_wrapper\">\n           <\/div>\n    <div class=\"content_ bg_white paddingall\">\n        <div class=\"inner\">\n           <h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Malmberg EnerGeo\u00ae<\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\">Environmentally friendly energy in a smart package.<\/h4>\n<p>In rocks, groundwater, and soil, there&#8217;s an abundance of free energy just waiting to heat up your property.
